Minutes of the Meeting July 23, 2021 Municipal Building Lawn Middletown, CT MCA Nominations Sub-Committee Minutes of Meeting – 11 A.M. on July 23, 2021 1. Meeting was called to Order at 11:07 A.M. Present were Julia Faraci and David Bauer. David volunteered to take the Minutes. 2. There were no members of the Public. 3. The Meeting Agenda was unanimously approved. 4. i. Julia contacted the current Chair & Vice-Chair and both are willing to serve another term. Julia contacted Dominique Thornton and she is willing to serve as Secretary. A Motion was made by David and seconded by Julia to recommend the following slate of Officers to the MCA: Pamela Steele – Chair Lee Godburn – Vice-Chair Dominique Thornton – Secretary The Motion was approved unanimously. 4. ii. There was discussion on two additional topics: a. There should be additional members of the Nominations Sub-Committee to function properly. b. Inquiries with the MCA and Staff should be made about possible new MCA Members to fill any vacancies. 5. With no further business, a motion was made to Adjourn at 11:22 A.M.
