1. Call to order – 5:00 p.m.
2. Applicant interviews – discussion and Q&A ensued between the review panel and the following interviewees:
5:00 p.m. – Oddfellows Playhouse
5:30 p.m. – Greater Middletown Concert Association, Inc.
6:00 p.m. – The Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts Center, Inc.
6:30 p.m. – The Greater Middletown Chorale (GMChorale)
6:55 p.m. – Elisa Schroth | Ekklesia Ballet
7:15 p.m. – Wesleyan University | WESU Radio
3. Discussion – discussion ensued of amounts for each applicant with funding available in the amount of $47,950.
4. Recommendations - K. TenEyck made a motion to recommend the amounts as discussed, McCoid seconded to accept
the recommendations for the PSG and GOS as presented. Motion passed unanimously. P. Steele stated these
recommendations will be forwarded to the Mayor for review and approvals.
5. Adjournment – 8:17 p.m.
