1) Meeting Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chair Russo-Driska at 7:09 pm.
As a quorum was not present, no meeting was held.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 pm.
Next Regular Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 7:00pm, and will be
hybrid.
