Schofield MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Anita C. Schofield called the meeting to order at 5:41 pm. PUBLIC COMMENT No one from the public was present to make comments. MOTION: to elect Anita C. Schofield as Chair of the Board of Assessment Appeals. Made by Rebecca McClanahan, seconded by Shawn Paradis. During discussion, it was noted that Schofield received the highest number of votes in the election of November 7, 2023. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. MOTION: to elect Rebecca McClanahan as Secretary of the Board of Assessment Appeals. Made by Anita C. Schofield, seconded by Shawn Paradis. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote. DISCUSSION: the possibility of setting term limits or a rotational system for the officers of the Board was discussed. No decision was made at this time.
