Review of Financials and Transfers from October 14. III. Macdonough School renovation and the state's approval of the request to start work. IV. The Board's approval to amend the bus contract with Dattco. V. The final figure for the 2024- 2025 budget surplus, and possible areas of need to be targeted. VI. The effects of the federal government shutdown and budget reductions on some of our programs like SNAP, WIC, Community Health contracts, etc. VII. Discussion about what steps have been taken to start the budget process for 2026 - 2027. VIII. Budget concerns from committee members IX. Suggested topics for next month's meeting. X.
