Approval of Minutes:  Minutes for June 8, 2021. Motion by Anthony Mangiafico. 2nd by Linda Salafia. Approved. Public Hearing for Agenda Items:  None Directors Report:  Director of Health o Kevin Elak provided an update regarding Middletown Covid-19 vaccine and booster clinics, homebound population vaccinations, pediatric vaccines, Covid-19 testing, the opioid overdose crisis in Middletown and new hires in the Health Department.  Division Report o Jennifer Sparks provided an update on environmental health, housing and emergency preparedness activities. o Old Business: none New Business: The discussion of the Harbor Park homeless encampment and the opening of the warming center on November 22, 2021.
