City of Middletown Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that at the Regular Meeting of the Common Council of the City of Middletown to be held on Monday June 4, 2018 at 7pm in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building, a public hearing will be held on the programs to be submitted to the Connecticut Commissioner of the State Department of Revenue Services, pursuant to Statute 12-228A entitled “An Act Concerning Neighborhood Assistance,” and approval of the list of programs to be submitted to said Commissioner of the State Department of Revenue Services no later than July 1, 2018.
