Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. B. Public Comment –No members of the public in attendance. C. Approval of Minutes –On motion of J. Rumberger, seconded by V. Szynkowicz, the minutes for the meeting held on September 18, 2019 were approved with abstentions from G. Daley, L. Salafia, J. Middleton and S. Fulton. D. Review of CAPER –Ms. MacPherson reviewed the CAPER that will be submitted to HUD for the 2018 Program Year. E. Update on vacant seats –Reappointments and new appointees will be brought forward to the Council at the December 2, 2019 Meeting. F. Other: - Ms. MacPherson updated the Committee on the 5 Year Consolidated Plan. There were only seven agencies that returned the consultation questionnaire. The City needs more agencies to participate in helping to develop the Consolidated Plan. The Committee agreed to reach out to agencies to help in getting this questionnaire filled out. Ms. MacPherson will email members the questionnaire so that they can distribute to their contacts. G.
