A. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:11 p.m.

C. 2021 Program Year Applicants’ Presentations–The following agencies presented their
applications to the Committee and answered questions: Gilead Community Services; St. Vincent
DePaul; Russell Library; Columbus House; City of Middletown Public Works; Futures, Inc.; The
Buttonwood Tree Performing Arts; Northern Middlesex YMCA; Middletown United Fathers;
Wadsworth Grove; MARC Community Services; Middlesex Community College; Oddfellows
Playhouse; City of Middletown Farmer’s Market
D. Approval of 2019 CAPER – On motion of M. Fallon, seconded by S. Owens, the
2019 CAPER was approved with one abstention by G. Faulkner.
E. Adjourn –It was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 8:28 p.m.
