Daley, seconded by V. Szynkowicz, the minutes of the meeting held on December 16, 2020 were approved with one abstention from M. Fallon. On motion of G. Daley, seconded by G. Faulkner, the minutes of the meeting held on January 20, 2021 were approved. On motion of G. Daley, seconded by G. Faulkner, the minutes of the meeting held on March 31, 2021 were approved. D. Update on CARES ACT Grant – Ms. MacPherson provided the committee with an update on the $5,000 grants given to businesses. E. Allocation Recommendations for CDBG 2021 Program Year – On motion of G. Daley, seconded by B. Peterson, the following allocations were approved by the committee: Russell Library Career Program 10,000.00 St Vincent dePaul Amazing Grace Food 15,000.00 Columbus House Homeless Shelter 25,000.00 Gilead Community Svcs Liberty House Generator 22,750.00 City of Mdtn. Public Works Dept. Splash Pad 200,000.00 Middlesex Community College Magic School Bus Phase V 9,192.00 Oddfellows Scholarships-Youth Arts Programs 6,000.00 Oddfellows Hoffman Studio Floor Replacement 19,964.00 City of Middletown Farmers’ Market 8,000.00  Futures, Inc.
