A. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m.
B. Public Comment–No members of the public.
C. Approval of Minutes–On motion of V. Szynkowicz, seconded by G. Daley, the minutes of
the meeting held on June 16, 2021 were unanimously approved.
D. Approval of 2021 Program Year Annual Action Plan – The 2021 Annual Action Plan
was reviewed. V. Szynkowicz stated that the 2021 Sub Recipient Contracts should include
wording stating that the grantee will not use CDBG Funds to pay for projects and activities that
were funded through another funding source. On motion of G. Faulkner, seconded by G. Daley,
the 2021 Annual Action Plan was approved.
E. Continuance of virtual meetings –A discussion was held concerning continuing with
virtual meetings or having in-person meetings. Members stated that since the Delta Variant has
emerged, they would prefer to continue having virtual meetings. This will be discussed again in
a few months. G. Faulkner stated that having in-person meetings are easier for the public to
attend. Ms. MacPherson offered to invite agencies to attend future meetings.
F. Adjourn –It was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:49 p.m.
