A. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m.
B. Public Comment–No members of the public.
C. Approval of Minutes–The minutes of the meeting held on September 15, 2021 were
unanimously approved with one abstention from V. Szynkowicz.
D. Approval of Third Amendment to 2019 AAP for CARES CV Grant – Ms. MacPherson
provided information of the third amendment. This revision reallocates funds from the Homeless
Quarantine Center during Covid, which was not utilized, in the amount of $50,000 and from
Emergency Management/Health Department in the amount of $43,797.58 to $84,997.58 for City
Hall ADA Improvements and Covid mitigation efforts and $8,800 for program administration of
the Cares Act Grant.
E. Update on CARES Act Grants awarded-to-date – The Committee was provided with an
updated status of $5,000 grants awarded.
F. Adjourn –It was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:35 p.m.
