A. Call to Order - The meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m.
B. Public Comment–No members of the public present.
C. Reprogramming of $13,500 from Columbus House to Grace & Mercy Family
Ministries–Columbus House was awarded $25,000 from the 2021 Program Year to run the
warming center. Columbus House was using the Wesley Inn for this purpose, however, due to
Covid social distancing requirements it did not meet the needs of the City’s homeless population.
Grace & Family Ministries offered to run a warming center in the same manner as previously
run. Individuals would spend the night at the center and leave in the morning. Their fee for
running the program is $13,500. On motion of G. Daley, seconded by V. Szynkowicz, it was
unanimously approved to reprogram $13,500 from Columbus House to Grace & Family
Ministries to run the City’s Warming Center.
D. Update on 2021 PY –Ms. MacPherson provided on update on the 2021 Program Year.
Programs are expending their funds and requesting reimbursements. An update on any
reprogramming funds will be provided during the April, 2022 meeting.
E. Update on 2022 PY – The Notice of Available Funding will be advertised in February.
Presentations by applicants will be made at the March, 2022 meeting.
F. Adjourn –It was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:21 p.m.
