Members of the Public: 1. Call to Order By Staff. AGC Forte called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. 2. Approval of Minutes. Review and approval of the minutes for the October 12, 2023 regular meeting. Motion to Approve made by Scott Kotowski, seconded by Gary Gessaro. Motion passed unanimously. 3. Public Session. None. 4. Old Business. A. Mayor’s Office. 1. Forbidden Llama: No updates, will continue to monitor. B. Health Department 1. 455 & 465 Middlefield Street: With regards to 465 Middlefield Street, the Fire, Building and Health Departments performed an inspection. No noxious odors found, no other findings. The owner has appealed the Land Use Department’s Cease and Desist Order to the Zoning Board of Appeals on November 2, 2023. With 455 Middlefield Street the owners have submitted a new sprinkler plan for the spray booth unit. That is required to be approved before a building permit can be issued. Additionally, there is a trailer in the back on the unit in violation of the Stipulated Agreement between the City and the owner. Land Use will follow up with the owner.  C. Department of Land Use 1. Bob’s Building. No updates. 2. 460 Main Street. A site plan has been submitted for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission, no further action needed. D. Building Department 1. 699 Country Club Road: No updates. E. Office of the General Counsel 1. Forest City Laundry. Awaiting demolition of the building. 2. 237 Spencer Drive. A blight lien has been filed against the property to perfect the City’s judgment, and a new blight lien process has been initiated Land Use will send another order and the City will explore clean-and-lien procedures at the next Code Enforcement meeting. . 6.
