Members of the Public: None. 1. Call to Order By Staff. AGC Forte called the meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. 2. Approval of Minutes. Review and approval of minutes for the January 9, 2025 regular meeting. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Scott Kotowski and seconded by Gary Middletown. Motion passed at 9:02 am with Gary Middletown, Richard DeMaio, Ryan Parmalee, Scott Kotowski and Gary Gessaro voting in the affirmative, with Nick Puorro and Tanielle Davis abstaining. 3. Public Session. No public comment. 4. New Business. A. Police Department. 1. 551 Washington Street (Smoke Shop) Police department issued arrest warrants due to unlicensed marijuana sales at the premises. Police Department seized approximately $37,600 of illegal product at the premises. The Land Use Department will follow up regarding potential future enforcement. 2. 698 Washington Street (Smoke Plus). Police department issued arrest warrants due to unlicensed marijuana sales at the premises. Police Department seized approximately $16,000 of illegal product at the premises. The Land Use Department will follow up regarding potential future enforcement. 5. Old Business. A. Mayor’s Office. 1. Forbidden Llama: No updates. B. Land Use Department 1. 455 & 465 Middlefield Street: A blight order will be issued in January. No other updates. 2. 52 North Main Street: Inspection occurred and the violations persist. Citation will be issued. C. Building Department 1. 699 Country Club Road: No updates. 6. Adjournment. Motion to adjourn was made by Gary Gessaro and seconded by Gary Middletown. Motion passed unanimously at 9:09 am.
