Attendance: Elizabeth Holder, Ellen Lukens, Judy Konopka, and Marek Kozikowski (Staff). A. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:08pm. B. Executive Session to discuss real estate acquisition- Atkins Street A motion to move to executive session made by Elizabeth Holder and seconded by Ellen Lukens passed unanimously. Moved to executive session 3:09pm Exited executive session at 3:59pm. C. Pleasentview Associates, LLC Property. Atkins Street A motion to recommend the acquisition of the property for open space and passive recreation at no more than the appraised value made by Judy Konopka and seconded by Ellen Lukens passed with a 2-1 vote (Voting in favor: Judy Konopka and Elizabeth Holder. Voting against: Ellen Lukens). D. Adjournment A motion to adjourn made by Judy Konopka and seconded by Ellen Lukens passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 4:03pm.
