Resolutions, Ordinances, etc: 5-1 Resolution: Approving the waiving of the competitive bidding requirement in accordance with Section 78-8 of the Middletown Code of Ordinances to hire Fournier Irrigation to install an appropriate irrigation system for the soccer fields on Long Hill Road. 6.
