Approving amending the Bond Ordinance approved by the Common Council on August 24, 2015 in the amount of $36,950,000 to An Ordinance Appropriating $33,450,000 For The Redesign, Renovation, Replacement, Reconstruction, Construction And Improvements At Athletic Fields, Parks And Trails City-Wide And Authorizing The Issue Of $33,450,000 Bonds Of The City To Meet Said Appropriation And Pending The Issuance Thereof The Making Of Temporary Borrowings For Such Purpose (Read Section 1) 8. Resolutions A. Approving amending the resolution for a referendum date of November 3, 2015 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. to submit the bond ordinance for $15,000,000 for the Planning, Design Acquisition and Construction for a portion of the force main and inter-municipal pump station in connection with the Mattabassett Regionalization Project and the amended bond ordinance appropriating $33,450,000 for the Redesign, Renovation, Replacement, Reconstruction, Construction, and Improvements at Athletic Fields, Parks and Trails City-wide to the voters of Middletown. 9.
