Approving that the City of Middletown General Fund Budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, as prepared by the Mayor and as advertised in the Hartford Courant on April 20, 2018, and as subsequently amended and adopted by the Common Council on May 14, 2018 as Resolution No. 65-18, and advertised in the Hartford Courant on May 18, 2018, is hereby re-approved and re-adopted; that the mill rate, as adopted by the Common Council in Resolution 65-18 on May 14, 2018, is set as 34.8 to cover this budget, and said rate shall be due and payable in two (2) equal installments on July 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Middletown, Chapter VI; and that the Tax Collector is hereby authorized to collect said taxes. 5.
