Nocera, Interim Mayor of the City of Middletown for the period from Noon on June 16, 2025 to Noon on November 10, 2025, is authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Middletown, contracts approved by the Common Council, deeds, documents, or instruments, and amendments, and/or modifications, as stipulated in the Charter of the City of Middletown, Chapter IV, Section 2, Duties and Powers of the Mayor. B. Approving that, based on available funding and departmental requests, the CNR Plan for the Middletown Fire Department for fiscal year 2025-2026 is approved; and that any funds remaining in the Middletown Fire Department CNR plan be allowed to be transferred into the following fiscal year: Ford F150 Pick Up Truck and Lighting -- $65,000; Trench Trailer and materials -- $20,000; Four (4) Active Violence setups -- $10,541.40; Two (2) Touchboards for training -- $10,000; Building Renovations and Furnishings -- $30,000; Apparatus replacement, equipment, hose and appliances -- $14,458.60; Total CNR = $150,000. 5.
