Approving that, as provided in the Charter of the City of Middletown, Chapter IV, Section 2, Duties and Powers of the Mayor, Paragraph E, Contract Signing Authority, Eugene P. Nocera, Mayor of the City of Middletown for two (2) years, the balance of a four (4) year term, to November 9, 2027, shall have the power to sign contracts approved by the Common Council, deeds and other instruments or documents and the Mayor shall have the power to administer oaths. B. Approving the purchase of an approximately 3,835 square feet portion of 120 North Main Street (Map/Lot 20-0108) for a purchase price of $19,200 to allow the City to construct, operate, and maintain a new sanitary sewer pump station; authorizing the City of Middletown to acquire such property; and approving that Mayor Eugene P. Nocera is authorized to sign any and all documents and/or agreements necessary to effectuate the purchase of such property, subject to approval as to content and form by the Office of the General Counsel. 7.
