Approving, ratifying, and adopting the Tentative Agreement between the City of Middletown, Connecticut and Local 1361 of AFSCME, Council #4, including all associated costs, covering the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2030 as well as the noted amendments to Appendix B of the City’s Pension Plan, which will be incorporated therein upon approval; and that the Mayor of the City of Middletown is hereby authorized to sign the Local 1361 Agreement on behalf of the City of Middletown.
