The meeting was held both virtually and in-person. Members of the public had access
via https://webex.com, the WebEx application, and via telephone.

1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:04pm.

4.1. 135 High Street. Reconstruct a portion of the house and construct a new garage.
Applicant: Chris Maher/James Fowler (Contract Purchaser) SPR2021-164
Chris Maher, Architect and James Fowler, contract purchaser, presented the proposal. The new
structures include an additional garage and a portion of the building that was conventionally framed
will be replaced with a post and beam structure to match the rest of the building. Elevations of the
replacement structure were presented. Wood cedar will be used to match the rest of the structure.
The garage will be board and batten with carriage style doors.
Motion to table the application until garage elevations are submitted by Wasch. The motion was not
seconded.
Motion to approve the proposal subject to reviewing the proposed elevation of the garage by Mills,
seconded by Plumley
Voting in Favor: Bianco, Plumley, Mills, Wasch, Kronenberger
Passed 5-0
Director Kozikowski confirmed with the Board that he will email the garage renderings to the board
and if there was any concern, that it will be reviewed at a future meeting.
4.2. 73 Main Street. Historical Structure Rehabilitation Tax Abatement Review.

presented the application. The rehabilitation project includes repairing and/or replacing the existing
roofing, gutters, windows, carpentry and millwork, and painting the exterior.
Plumley wants to ensure that any existing windows that can be salvaged should be preserved.
Likely keep the color the same but may consider other similar colors and sage green.
Motion to approve the restoration as presented providing that the restorations are compliance with the
dept of interior standards and bring back the colors if they are changed by Kronenberger, seconded by
Wasch
