Start: 6:03 PM End: 6:30 PM In attendance: Jeff Bianco, Christina Wasch, Maria Madsen Holzberg, Marilyn Mills. Staff: Marek Kozikowski, Director. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 6:03pm. There is no quorum 2. Public Comment for Items on the Agenda None. 3. Old Business 3.1. 98 Washington Street. Construction of Pavilion. Senad Bajraktarevic SPR2022-55 Senad Bajraktarevic with his contractor presented the application. They discussed the updated drawings that were provided. They discussed the materials and structural design. After a general discussion the concrete posts to support the structure will be 8in x 12in concrete posts. 4. New Business None. 5. Minutes 5.1. Minutes of the March 30, 2022 meeting No action. 6. Public Comment for Items Not on the Agenda None. 7. Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
