Planning Report - None
Parking Report – Marie Kalita
Marie reporting for the Parking Department - New meter signs are very welcoming with curbside service to
our downtown businesses.
Public Works – None
Health Department- None
Chamber of Commerce – None
Minutes Report –
Motion made by Marc Levin to approve minutes.

Treasurer’s Report – Mike DiPiro
Mike reports the 2nd installment for FY 2019-2020 has been deposited. Lisa will be sending a lettering to the
Finance Department requesting our final installment for FY 2019-2020.

Board Member Update –
Marie reported she will send a letter to the Mayor and Larry regarding the closing of the DMV Office in
Main Street Market. Marie going to check with the City and Public Works department on what to do
with our old DBD planters; to donate, sell.
Diane reports the summer plantings are looking great! Gift Cards have been selling.
Jen alexander reports the website is done. Lisa will assist in proofreading the gift card participants and
email addresses.
Marc Levin reports marketing will be on hold for now.
Patrick Harding reports he will reach out to Tom Ford in getting started on the downtown window
clings in vacant store fronts.
