Meeting was conducted via video conference call

Special Meeting Minutes
1. Call to Order: Chairman V. Loffredo called the meeting to order at 4:30 PM
2. Public Session: No one from the public spoke
3. Communications: There was no communications from the public
4. New Business
Tour of 80 Harbor Drive, formerly the Canoe Club – The members toured the facility
and discussed with J. Samolis the improvements necessary to make it a functioning
restaurant again.
Vote: No vote was taken
5. Adjournment: J. Blackwell made a motion, seconded by A. Gennaro to adjourn the
meeting.
Vote: Unanimous in favor of the motion
Chairman Loffredo adjourned the meeting at 5:30 pm
