Public Comment: No members of the public spoke. V. Loffredo closed the Public Meeting 3. New Business Authorization of Assignment of Phase I Real Estate Assessment Fixing Agreement between the City of Middletown and Newfield Street of Middletown, LLC for Newfield Apartments (Newfield Street), since assigned to Newfield Residential, LLC, to Newfield Residential Partners, LLC Motion: To recommend authorization of assignment of agreement to Common Council by V. Loffredo. Seconded by T. Gennaro. Vote: Unanimous in favor of the motion 4. Other: None 5. Adjournment: Motion: E. McKeon made a motion, seconded by T. Gennaro, to adjourn the meeting.
