Call to Order: Co-Chair Charles Wiltsie called the meeting to order at 6:01PM 2. Approval payment Application #1 for Young Developers for the Farm Hill Roof: Kevin Dion review to the committee on the invoice: Young Developers will be beginning the work in one week on the Farm Hill roof. This first payment application will be to cover the materials secured by Young Developers totaling $147,542.45, no labor associated with this invoice. They are requesting that the payment be made to pay for the materials purchased that are already on-site. Young Developers should conclude the work in the middle of August. Co-Chair Wiltsie review of contract: Original contract amount totals to $677,000. Total amount completed to date is $158,647.80. Total retainage, $11,105.35. Contract balance including retainage is $529,457.55.
