Items submitted for discussion:  Youth Services – 1) Grant Confirmation totaling $12,967 in state funds for DCF YSB Enhancement Grant; 2) Grant Confirmation totaling $28,037 in state funds for DCF YSB Large Enhancement Grant; 3) Grant Confirmation totaling $21,667 in state funds for CSSD LIST Support Grant  Emergency Management – Emergency Purchase of medical supplies for COVID-19 Pandemic needs  Health – Grant Confirmation totaling $107,284 in state funds for Enhanced Detection, Response, Surveillance and Prevention of COVID-19  Public Works – 1) Resolution requesting approval for the Mayor to sign and submit application for $75,000 in LoCIP funds for removal and maintenance of trees affected by Emerald Ash Borer, and creation of new line in Capital Improvement Plan; 2) Grant Confirmation totaling $309,470 in state funds for FY 20/21 LoCIP projects; 3) Bond Ordinance totaling $55mm for 21st Century Infrastructure Development Bond Program; 4) Resolution Providing for Referendum for 21st Century Infrastructure Bond Program  Mayor’s Office/BOE – Grant Confirmation totaling $158,621 in local funds for School Readiness Supplemental Funding for September  PCD – Grant Confirmation totaling $1775 in state funds for Middletown Farmers Market  Police – Appropriation Request totaling $526,237.60 to correct Private Duty Over Time negative balance for FY 19/20  Clean Energy Task Force – Resolution requesting the City declare a climate emergency; develop future priorities, legislation, policies, plans, budgets and actions; Common Council work with the Mayor to establish emergency mobilization effort ending City-generated greenhouse gas emissions; City commits to an equitable transition to fossil-fuel-free economy requiring full community participation; and, City will advocate to restore safe and sustainable climate living for all 4.
