We have received and reviewed the “Draft” MOA from the FBI committing to the $1.5 Million in funding for this project and renewing the operations of the range. However, the FBI is processing the funding so it can be rolled over into the next fiscal year. We are in the process of following up with the FBI with some design concerns regarding lead safety. We will be working with the City Health Department regarding OSHA Compliance for potential lead exposure.
