MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN APRIL 13, 2020 The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held via telephone conference on Monday, April 13, 2020. Chairman Noglow called the meeting to order at 5:03 pm and called the roll. PRESENT: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Phil Cacciola, Commissioner, Larry Riley, Commissioner; Senova Stone, Commissioner. ABSENT: Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman. ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney Jason Lewellyn; Christine Juraska, Finance/Compliance Manager; John Rumberger, Assistant Executive Director Chairman Noglow turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman. Commissioner Cacciola moved that Evan Noglow be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Riley. All voted in favor of Mr. Noglow for Chairman. Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Noglow who opened nominations for officers. Commissioner Cacciola moved that the existing officers serve an additional year. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Riley. All voted in favor of the nominations. The existing officers are as follows: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Sebastian Santacroce, Vice Chairman; Phillip Cacciola, Commissioner; Senova Stone, Commissioner; Larry Riley, Commissioner. All elected positions are effective April 1, 2020. On motion by Chairman Noglow; seconded by Commissioner Stone, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 5:07 pm.
