MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN APRIL 6, 2023 The Annual Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was at Luce Restaurant, 98 Washington St., Middletown, CT 06457 Commissioner Cacciola called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and called the roll. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Commissioner; Larry Riley, Commissioner; Al Santostefano, Commissioner. ABSENT: Evan Noglow, Chairman; Senova Stone, Commissioner (excused absences) ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Attorney Jason Lewellyn Commissioner Cacciola turned the meeting over to Secretary Vasiliou who opened nominations for Chairman. Larry Riley moved that Philip Cacciola be nominated for Chairman. The nomination was seconded by Commissioner Santostefano. All voted in favor of Mr. Cacciola for Chairman. Secretary Vasiliou turned the meeting over to Chairman Cacciola who opened nominations for officers. Chairman Cacciola nominated Al Santostefano for Vice Chairman and Larry Riley for Treasurer. Mr. Riley seconded the motion. It was unanimously voted to accept the nominations as submitted. The existing officers are as follows: Philip Cacciola, Chairman; Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman; Larry Riley, Treasurer; Senova Stone, Commissioner; Evan Noglow Commissioner. All elected positions are effective April 1, 2023. On motion by Vice Chairman Santstefano; seconded by Commissioner Riley, it was unanimously voted to close the Annual Meeting at 7:02 pm.
