SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN A Special Meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the conference room at 40 Broad St. on Monday, October 16, 2023. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and called the role. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman; Larry Riley, Commissioner, Evan Noglow: Commissioner; Senova Stone; Commissioner. ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary; Jason Lewellyn, Esq.; John Shea, Esq., Jackson-Lewis On a motion by Chairman Cacciola seconded by Commissioner Santostefano the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Session for a discussion of Written Attorney-Client Communications Re Employee Workplace Complaints. At 7:40 the Board came out of Executive Session. On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Riley it was voted unanimously to approve the engagement of the firm Jackson-Lewis to conduct an employee review to address workplace complaints. There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion by Chairman Cacciola and seconded by Commissioner Stone it was unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 P.M. ___________________________ William Vasiliou Secretary
