SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN A special meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference Room at 40 Broad Street on Monday August 26, 2024. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m. and called the roll. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman, Larry Riley, Commissioner. Commissioner Stone, excused absence, Commissioner Gartner, absent. ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary, Jason Lewellyn, Esq., Marie Webster, financial staff, Mr. Rick Leco, Main Sail Co. On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano, Seconded by Commissioner Riley the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Sesson to discuss Personnel matters. Mr. Leco was invited to remain through executive session. At 12:45 Executive Sesson was concluded. No action was taken. On a motion by Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Riley it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 12:47p.m.
