SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN MINUTES A special meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference Room at 40 Broad Street on Friday Thursday September 27, 2024. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman, Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman, Larry Riley, Commissioner Senovia Stone Commissioner, Brian Bartner Commissioner, electronically. ALSO PRESENT: William Vasiliou, Secretary, Jason Lewellyn, Esq., Marie Webster, Finance Manager, Michelle McNeil, Human Resource Consultant. PUBLIC SESSION: No one was present or spoke during Public Sesson. On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Stone it was voted to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. Ms. McNeil and Attorney Lewellyn were requested to remain. At 6:30 Executive Session concluded. On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Stone it was voted with four in the affirmative and Commissioner Riley abstention to reaffirm the Executive Directors proposed actions to promote Ms. Marie Webster, to Assistant Executive Director and employ Christine Juraska Finance, Budget, and Compliance Manager. On a motion by Commissioner Santostefano and seconded by Commissioner Gartner it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 6:37.
