SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF MIDDLETOWN A special meeting of the Housing Authority of the City of Middletown was held in the Conference Room at 40 Broad Street on Monday, January 2, 2024. Chairman Cacciola called the meeting to order at 6:47 p.m. and called the roll. PRESENT: Phil Cacciola, Chairman; Al Santostefano, Vice Chairman; Larry Riley, Commissioner; Brian Gartner, Commissioner ALSO PRESENT: Jason Lewellyn, Esq.; Marie Webster, Asst. Executive Director; John Shea, Esq; Michelle McNeil, HR Consultant. ABSENT: Senova Stone, Commissioner PUBLIC SESSION: None MINUTES: On motion by Commissioner Riley, seconded by Chairman Cacciola, it was voted to approve the minutes of the November regular meeting held on Nov. 12, 2024. On a motion by Vice Chairman Santostefano, Seconded by Commissioner Riley the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Sesson at 6:48 pm for discussion of confidential attorney communication. Atty Shea, Ms. McNeil and Atty Lewellyn were invited to remain through executive session. No Action was taken. At 7:40 p.m. Executive Sesson was concluded, On motion by Vice Chairman Santostefano, seconded by Commissioner Riley it was voted to resume regular session. On a motion by Vice Chairman Santostefano and seconded by Chairman Cacciola it was unanimously voted to adjourn at 7:41 p.m.
