C. Old Business
1) Proposed 30,000 S.F. addition to an existing building with associated parking
and loading spaces, access drive and a connection between the two buildings
within the 100ft upland review area at 33 Anderson Road. Applicant/agent
GHQ, Inc. 20-06
Staff recommended the following as a condition of approval: “Conservation restriction on
infrastructure development, subsequent to the completion of the 2020 building and parking
expansion, on the land area in the upland review zone bounded by the wetland border to the west,
the upland review border 100’ from the wetland border to the east, Anderson Road to the north,
and an east-west line through point 57 of the wetland border, with the exception of the storm water
detention pond which may need to be expanded for future development.”
David Pritchard made a motion to approve the 30,000 S.F. addition to an existing building with
associated parking and loading spaces, access drive and a connection between the two buildings
within the 100ft upland review area at 33 Anderson Road with the condition of complying with the
staff recommendations. Ken McClellan seconds the motion. The chair calls for the vote. It is
unanimous to approve with condition. The chair states the matter passes unanimously with 7
affirmative votes.
