present.
Motion: To elect Jammie Middleton to serve as Chairman for this meeting. Moved by T. Davis,
seconded by P. Dytka; approved unanimously
Chairman elect J. Middleton called the meeting to order at 1:07pm

J. Sipperly stated that at the last meeting, Public works submitted a new general permit application
#21-13. However, the motion that was made was for extending the existing permit 16-17, not
approving the new application #21-13. Permit #16-17 was not on the agenda, thus the motion was
invalid.
Motion: To extend the existing permit #16-17 which expires on January 4, 2022 for another 5 years
and that emergency repairs can be conducted if there is an immediate threat to the public health and
safety to the residents of Middletown.
Moved by D. Pritchard, seconded by J. Greenberg – no discussion, approved unanimously
C. Adjournment
Motion to adjourn at 1:12pm. Moved by Jack Piper; seconded by Paul Dytka; passed unanimously.
Respectively Submitted,
James Sipperly, Environmental Planner
Department of Land Use
