Site visit to Timber Ridge Road (Map-Lot: 01-0018) to review the area for the proposed Trucking Terminal with Loading Docks. Applicant/Agent: Harpreet Sandhu/Willinger, Willinger & Bucci, PC. 2023-4. Agency members are to meet at the intersection of Timber Ridge Road and Kenneth Dooley Drive. Chairman Carta called the meeting to order at 5:07pm. Ian Cole led the commission members present to the Bradley Brook wetland corridor and pointed out the wetland delineation. Brian Panico described the site layout and referenced where the building is proposed to be constructed. The amount of fill was discussed and the grades were reviewed. Meeting adjourned at 5:50 pm.
