Call to Order 1. Acting Chairman K. McClellan called the meeting to order at 7:00pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman J. Carta is not in attendance tonight. Staff J. Sipperly is also not in attendance tonight but contacted K. McClellan about the meeting. B. Public Hearing 1. Proposed new 70,000 SF office and warehouse located at Middle Street (Map Lot, 01-0075) Applicant/Agent: Gary Dayharsh/EriKelAri, LLC. W2024-12 K. McClellan read a letter from Nina Fazio, R Levesque Associates, dated November 1, 2024, on behalf of Gary Dayharsh to withdraw the application without prejudice. The letter was accepted by the Agency and the application is hereby withdrawn without prejudice C. Old Business None Page 1 of 2  D. New Business 1. Proposed new construction of a single family home within the upland review area located at Patterson Drive (Map-Lot: 39-0055) Applicant/Agent: Adrian & Ryan Gajor. W2024- 13. K. McClelland stated that the application is complete, site plan, department comments and application. Motion: To accept the application and schedule it for review on December 4, 2024. Moved by D. Pritchard; seconded by T. Davis; approved unanimously E. Agency Review None F. Reports of Officers and Committees None H. Minutes 1. Regular meeting October 2, 2024 K. McClellan asked if there are any changes to the minutes. N. Albright Fresher stated that on page 4, her name is spelled incorrectly and was so noted. Motion: To approve the minutes of October 2, 2024 as amended. Moved by T. Davis; seconded by J. Pieper; approved unanimously. I. Communication and Bills None J. MIWWA regulation amendments K. McClellan stated that staff has been working on an Official Wetland Map for the City that will be interactive with the public. This will be reviewed and hopefully approved at the December 4, 2024 meeting. Motion: To table this item for review and approval on December 4, 2024. Moved by T. Davis; seconded by J.
