Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of January 9, 2018. Council Member Blanchard seconded the motion. Council Member Salafia and Chairman Faulkner voted to approve. Council Member Blanchard abstained. Motion passed. C. Public Session No members of the public were present for the Public Session. D. Report on Claims Settled Within General Counsel’s Settlement Authority or City’s insurance carrier, CIRMA 1. Middletown Senior Center 2. City of Middletown vs. Anna Mignosa 3. City of Middletown vs. Candice McQuade 4. City of Middletown vs. Jason Hobby E. Other Business 1. Nancy Conaway-Raczka presented the monthly accounting report of insurance fund balances. 2. Nancy Conaway-Raczka gave the committee the proposed insurance budgets for FY 18-19. F.
