Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of February 6, 2018. Council Member Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. C. Public Session No members of the public were present for the Public Session. D. City of Middletown vs. Walter Rodziewicz E. Other Business 1. Nancy Conaway-Raczka presented the monthly accounting report of insurance fund balances. F.
