Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of May 7, 2019. Chairman Faulkner seconded the motion. Motion passed. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the Public Session. D. Lauren Gavigan vs. City of Middletown 9. Unreimbursed Property Payments E. Other Business 1. Nancy Conaway-Raczka discussed the status of the insurance funds balances for fiscal year 18-19. 2. Matt Bacon, Claims Administrator, will present property damage claim for the Russell Library. Motion to approve payment for $5,300 for FASD made by Council Member Salafia, Seconded by Chairman Faulkner. Motion passed unanimously. G.
