Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Blanchard made a motion to approve the minutes of July 2, 2019. Council Member Salafia seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the Public Session. D.
