Call to Order Council Member Blanchard called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of August 6, 2019. Council Member Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion passed. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the Public Session. D. Loreen Miller vs. City of Middletown 4. Natasha Facin vs. City of Middletown 5. Unreimbursed Property Payments E. Other Business 1. Matt Bacon, Claims Administrator, will present property damage claims for the Middletown Police Department – motor vehicle replacement. 2. Matt Bacon, Claims Administrator, will present property damage claim for the Oddfellows Playhouse. Motion to approve payment for $24,482.73 for MHQ, Inc by Council Member Blanchard, Seconded by Council Member Salafia. Motion passed. Motion to approve payment for $11,562.70 to Paul Davis Restoration for Oddfellows restoration made by Council Member Blanchard, Seconded by Council Member Salafia. Motion passed. F.
