Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of October 1, 2019. Council Member Ford seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the Public Session. D. Report on Claims Closed within the General Counsel’s Settlement Authority and City’s Insurance Carrier, CIRMA 1. Macy Watson vs. City of Middletown 2. Donna Rak vs. City of Middletown 3. Patricia Mitchell vs. City of Middletown 4. Unreimbursed Property Payments 5. City of Middletown vs. Anchor Insulation 6. City of Middletown vs. Alexander Scheirer E. Other Business 1. Nancy Conaway-Raczka, Risk Manager, presented monthly accounting report for – All City Insurance Funds. 2. Nancy Conaway-Raczka, Risk Manager, discussed the new CIGNA health coach. 3. The committee held discussion regarding the schedule for regular meetings for the upcoming year. Council Member Salafia made a motion to hold Insurance and Claims meetings monthly, on the first Tuesday of the month, at 6PM at Middletown City Hall. Motion was seconded by Council Member Ford. Motion passed unanimously. F.
