Call to Order Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. B. Approval of Minutes Council Member Salafia made a motion to approve the minutes of February 4, 2020. Council Member Ford seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the Public Session. D. Report on Claims Closed within the General Counsel’s Settlement Authority and City’s Insurance Carrier, CIRMA 1. Kristen Kautz vs. City of Middletown 2. Stephen Donovan vs. City of Middletown 3. Unreimbursed Property Payments E. Other Business 1. Matt Bacon, Claims Administrator, will present a property damage claim for a Turri-Masterson electrical invoice.  Motion to approve payment for $7,000.14 to Turri-Masterson, Inc. made by Council Member Ford, Seconded by Chairman Faulkner. Motion passed unanimously. F.
