A. Call to Order
Chairman Faulkner called the meeting to order at 6:18 p.m.
B. Approval of Minutes
Council Member Ford made a motion to approve the minutes of March 3, 2020. Council
Chairman Faulkner seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
C. Public Session
No member of the public were present for the virtual Public Session.
D. Report on Claims Closed within the General Counsel’s Settlement Authority
and City’s Insurance Carrier, CIRMA

None
F. Adjournment
The Committee adjourned at 6:37 p.m. on motion of Council Member Ford, seconded by
Chairman Faulkner, and carried unanimously.
