Call to Order Chairperson Faulkner called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. B. Approval of Prior Minutes Motion to table approval of last month’s minutes made by Council Member Salafia, seconded by Council Member Ford. Motion passes unanimously. C. Public Session No member of the public were present for the virtual Public Session. D. Executive Session Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy and negotiations for the pending claim – Collegium and a proposed settlement, pursuant to sections 1-200 (6)(B) and 1-225 of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended  by Council Member Salafia, seconded by Chairman Faulkner. Motion passed unanimously. Motion by Council Member Ford to accept approve the Collegium settlement, Chairman Faulkner seconded motion, motion passed unanimously. E. Other Business Motion by Council Member Ford to accept approve payment to Turri, Inc for streetlight repair, Chairman Faulkner seconded motion, motion passed unanimously F.
