MIDDLETOWN PRIDE SCHOLARSHIP SUBCOMMITTEE
SPECIAL MEETING JANUARY 11, 2023
Present: Vice Chair Jennifer Billingsley, Commissioner Beth Shapiro, Trevor Charles, Nina
Vasquez-Rosa, and Assistant General Counsel Christopher Forte.
Members of the Public: None.
1. Call to Order. AGC Forte called the meeting to order at 5:37 p.m.
2. Public Session on Agenda Items. None.
3. New Business.
A. Review of Middletown Pride Scholarship Application. Discussion regarding the
content of the application for the Middletown Pride Scholarship Program.
B. Setting of Dates for Scholarship Activation and Deadlines. Discussion of setting
dates and deadlines for the application.
C. Setting of Dates for Next Subcommittee Meeting. Subcommittee members
proposed March 27, April 2 and April 9 at 6:00 pm.
4. Adjournment. Commissioner Shapiro made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Trevor
Charles. Motion passed unanimously. Session adjourned at 5:33 p.m.
